Linda Braender suffered a stroke and was admitted to Arlington Residence and Rehab to recover and rehabilitate. While she was once quite independent, her stroke left her completely paralyzed on her right side and unable to talk or eat.
Arlington’s team immediately created an aggressive therapy program designed to help her regain her independence and return to her life. After intensive therapies, Linda has made unbelievable strides in a short amount of time. She is now able to talk and eat a regular diet. She is walking and can get out of bed and into a wheelchair and can dress and groom herself with minimal assistance.
This hard work will allow her to quickly reach her goal of total independence.
